This picture combines a digital photo with a scan from a colour negative. The digital picture is of a dog (Murphy) being grasped around the neck by a customer in a Brighton pub. The Queen's face comes from a photo taken of her when she visited Brighton in March 2001. Her love of dogs is well known and she has bred a succession of pets that are half dachsund and half corgi. They are called "Dorgies".
