Even Pol Pot and Saddam Hussein started off as babies and no doubt there are photos somewhere of them gurgling happily in their prams. All babies are innocent and, almost universally, believed by their parents to be the most beautiful babies in the world. They are dressed and adorned in all manner of fashion. They are photographed like film stars and the progress of their bodily functions is recorded with pride. In a world that can be rather gloomy, babies are a happy subject and Images Brighton offers a good selection of pictures of them, along with their mothers and fathers.
