Graffiti is this week's picture subject. Rather high class graffiti in fact, a world away from moronic tagging and spraying of the F word. Last July, Brighton saw its first graffiti "jam" where street artists from all over the country came to paint on a long line of hoardings around a development site by the main railway station. That was featured on this site - graffiti jam 2005 - and now all that work has been covered over for this year's group of artists to create new murals as part of a hip-hop festival taking place in Brighton this July. The quality of the new artwork is even higher than last year's, as you can see from this week's set of ten pictures showing faces that are incorporated in some of the pieces. This is street art of great style and Brighton is fortunate to have such an excellent exhibition of it.
