Borde Hill Gardens in Sussex in October 2002

This week's pictures, by way of a change from the London-based subjects of recent weeks, are of a charming country house garden in Sussex. Borde Hill is a privately owned house and estate between Haywards Heath and Gatwick and its lovely and varied garden has been developed over the past century.
