digital files
Licensed use of high resolution images available to businesses and other organisations. Basic terms usually for single agreed use in print or electronic media. Publication of images on websites covers a minimum period of three years. Email or phone for prompt attention to your requirements.
photo prints
Prints available for purchase and display by commercial and other organisations. Prices similar to those for non-commercial use (see above) but may vary according to specific usage. Phone or email for further information.
PHOTOGRAPHY
private commissions
Portraits, weddings and other private and social photographic assignments undertaken. Charges on a fixed fee rate by negotiation or based on a daily rate of £375. Prints and agreed expenses charged at cost. Free of travel costs for work in London and Brighton. Contact for availability.
commercial commissions
Photography commissions undertaken in the UK and abroad by negotiation on a daily rate or fixed fee basis. Basic daily rate of £450. Agreed expenses charged at cost. Free of travel costs for all UK work not involving over-night accommodation. Phone or email for a detailed quotation.
PAYMENT TERMS
Prints and digital files on receipt of goods. Reproduction rights and commissions 30 days from invoice date. Payment by cheque or money order payable to David Gray. Payment in £ sterling or in other currencies at the exchange rate applying on the date of invoice or despatch.
