(b) Reproduction rights for high resolution images delivered in any form are strictly limited to the uses specified in the License granted by David Gray for the reproduction of the work.  Unless otherwise specified in the License, the use granted for high resolution images delivered in any form is for one-time use in a single publication including website publication and for a period of twelve months from the date of License.  Unless otherwise specified in the License, publication of high resolution images delivered in any form must be accompanied by a copyright notice identifying David Gray as the creator of the work and a credit line identifying David Gray as the source of the work.

prohibited uses

Reproduction rights for all images supplied by David Gray may not be transferred or assigned.  Images supplied by David Gray may not be used in any way that might be deemed defamatory, libellous, pornographic or obscene under the laws of any and all territories in which they are used.

prices

The prices and rates published on this website are current and liable to subsequent alteration.  All prices stated are in £ sterling and payments in other currencies will vary according to the exchange rate at the time of transaction.

payment & delivery

Orders accepted will be despatched on receipt of valid payment in cash or by cheque or money order at the price stated.  Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be by post for prints, books and compact discs and by email for orders of single digital images.

returns

Purchased goods will be exchanged or refunded provided they are returned to the invoice address within 14 days of receipt and accompanied by a statement that they are not satisfactory.  All licenses granted for the use of goods are revoked by their return.
